Powder coating

Powder coating is a coating process in which a material (usually electrically conducting) is coated with powder paints. The powder is sprayed onto the substrate electrostatically or tribostatically and then baked. Firstly the workpiece is thoroughly degreased and treated with corrosion protection. Today the baking temperatures vary widely depending on the application. Baking conditions are typically between 170 and 200°C.

Properties and advantages of our powder coating:
  • Environmental-friendliness
  • High corrosion protection
  • High scratch and impact resistance
  • Chemical resistance
  • High abrasion resistance
  • High weather resistance
